New Obsession: Telemundo's Más Sabe el Diablo


Tonight, I found something to fill the great void left by American Idol's finale. While surfing the channels of tvland, I ran across this pretty face in a leather jacket and tight jeans. This sexpot on a stick is named Jencarlos Canela and he stars in Telemundo's Más Sabe el Diablo.

In the Spanish soap, he plays Diablo, a New York hood recently released from prison. After 18 months in the big house, he's determined to change his bad boy ways. However, old habits die hard and he soon finds himself leading a team of career criminals, attempting to steal $300,000 worth of jewelry. Canela plays opposite Gaby Espino, a breath-takingly beautiful attorney who takes interest in Diablo's readjustment. Half Ocean's 11, half telenovela, this thing promises to be as addicting as only bad boys can be. Void: filled.

Ric Alonso resigns from pageant association after porn revelation

Kevin Hogan wasn't the only person this week ambushed out of a job for his participation in the gay adult film industry. FOX News reports : Ric Alonso and his partner of 21 years, Ernie Koneck, have both been both prominent power players in the Southern California Scholarship Association — an incorporated not-for-profit association — which produces the Miss Hollywood pageant, an official preliminary to Miss California, and a feeder to Miss America. Alonso is listed as the first “major sponsor” for 2011 scholarship donations, while partner Koneck has been the pageantry point of contact and is featured in photographs alongside the smiling young sashed pageant contestants. On Tuesday, Alonso was exposed by RadarOnline as adult film actor and producer "Jake Cruise".
